Found and adopted by a Paris ‘madame’, Delicia will be raised and educated in the Paris brothel managed by her adoptive mother and will face the Nazi invasion of France in 1940 before eventually emigrating to the United States and establishing herself in Los Angeles, where she will continue to promote the three ‘S’: Sex; Sin and Seduction.
