a hefty textbook, but my gosh, what an easy read. Easy to understand, easy to

dieting since i was 16 (we're talkin decades here!) and i've only gotten fatter
(eeeek!).

time in my life, i feel like i have control over my weight, and what i eat.
Goodbye to following someone else's recipes and ideas of what i should eat..
this book is about guidelines, about what works and why it does, and how you
can use it to make it work for you. I will never need another diet book or diet
again. I finally get to choose what and how i eat, and have it actually work
for me. What a delight! Unless you've been a chronic dieter, you can't even
imagine.
Yes, i sent away
for some of the supplements off Dr Mauro's website (same as name of book). I
have tried to make up my own combinations of supplements, but when i started
reading the nutritional panels and the pdf's of details of each supplements it
just blew me away - i could never make up such sophisticated combinations on my
own. I don't even take them everyday though i try to remember to, and even then
only at a lower dose. My skin looks better and my tummy is shrinking (and i have
great skin to begin with!)
