Description: Despite its
title the second half of this book is autobiographical. It is generally
accepted that Sandow's books were ghost written and that they were, in part at
least, flights of a Victorian Showman's fancy and they should be read in that
light. Some of the feats claimed seem highly dubious.
This book
contains a section that is not 'politically correct' by today's 'standards'. It
is reproduced in full without any apologies whatsoever as it is a reflection of
the standards and attitudes of its time.
